McDermott & Bull Places Board Member at Frontier Integrity Solutions

Boyer is currently Vice President, Operations for Southcross Energy Partners, joining the company in 2015.  Prior to Southcross Energy Partners, he served in various senior management roles for Occidental Petroleum, with his final role as General Manager of Oxy Midstream Operations prior to taking early retirement in 2015.  Boyer has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Oil Pipelines as well as with the GPA Midstream Association.

Boyer earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
