This interim executive leader search was led by Rebecca Miller, MBIL’s Vice President of Sales, who met with the security company regarding their immediate need for an interim Director of Benefits due to the previous director vacating the seat.  The company needed to roll out automatic open enrollment within 1-2 months for their 120,000 employees eligible for benefits, and the company required a strong benefits leader with previous M&A integration and open enrollment experience.  Within one business week of receiving the position, the interim leader was hired and working onsite.  Within sixty days of employment, she successfully implemented automatic enrollment and led the open enrollment for 120,000 eligible employees.

The interim leader has twenty years of benefits experience at leading companies including HealthNet, City of Hope, and Avery Dennison Corporation.  She has a strong background in M&A benefits, implementing enrollment systems, and managing the benefits of thousands of employees.
