McDermott & Bull Finds Vice President of Revenue Cycle for Children’s Hospital of Orange County

Baxter is an experienced revenue cycle professional who has been successful over the course of his career building the foundation for high performing revenue cycle operations.  Baxter joins CHOC Children’s from Millennium Health, where he led revenue cycle as a Vice President.  Prior to joining Millennium Health, Baxter spent time with Cadence Heath as Senior Director of Revenue Cycle, Presence Health as Executive Director, CBO Operations and CHS as Patient Financial Services Director.  Earlier in his career, Baxter worked at Centegra Health Systems, Vanguard Health Systems and Boone Hospital Center.

Baxter earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Business Finance and his Health Services Management Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
